Multi-racial Malaysians reminded of their constitutional rights and freedom
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 18, 2025: PAS president Hadi Awang says PAS will rule multi-racial Malaysia under Islamic laws.
That statement itself shows clearly Hadi’s contempt and disrespect for the rights of multi-racial Malaysians or rakyat dan negara (people and country).
Islamic laws are for Muslims, and only Muslims. Islamic laws are not applicable to non-Muslims.
Multi-racial Malaysians and Malaysia must take Hadi’s religious stand seriously and reject PAS in the next general election (GE16) to save their country.
Malaysians who treasure peace and harmony must unite to dump PAS in GE16 to save multi-racial Malaysia.
No News Is Bad News reproduces below an article found circulating on WhatsApp reminding all how Hudud affects the constitutional rights and freedom of non-Muslims but also Muslims as well:
Hadi says PIS (Parti Islam SeMalaysia) will rule Malaysia under Islamic laws.
Under Sharia law, punishments are generally divided into three main categories, depending on the nature of the offense:
1. Hudud (Fixed Punishments)
These are considered God-prescribed penalties for specific serious crimes. They are fixed and cannot be altered by judges. Examples include:
Theft → Amputation of the hand (if conditions are met, e.g., value of stolen goods, no duress, etc.).
Highway robbery (banditry) → Can include execution, crucifixion, exile, or amputation (depending on severity).
Adultery (Zina)
Unmarried offenders → 100 lashes.
Married offenders → Stoning to death.
False accusation of adultery (Qazf) → 80 lashes.
Drinking alcohol/intoxicants → 40–80 lashes.
Apostasy (leaving Islam) → In some interpretations, death penalty.
2. Qisas (Retaliatory Punishments)
Based on the principle of “an eye for an eye”.
Applies to cases like murder or bodily harm.
The victim or victim’s family can demand equal retaliation, accept diyya (monetary compensation, “blood money”), or forgive the offender.
3. Tazir (Discretionary Punishments)
For crimes not covered by Hudud or Qisas.
Judge (qadi) has discretion to determine appropriate punishment.
Can include fines, imprisonment, flogging, exile, counseling, or other corrective measures depending on the circumstances.
Good luck Malaysia!
(Zina)
