Islam and Malaysia's 14 states hilang (disappeared).
Garbage excuse by Terengganu MB on its local council’s flying of a Jalur Gemilang (national flag) without its crescent and 14-pointed star
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 10, 2026: Terengganu menteri besar Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar says the recent flying of a Jalur Gemilang (national flag) without the moon and star in Kuala Terengganu was an unintentional and isolated incident.
Mr MB, so are all other Jalur Gemilang cases inin the past!
You are just finding (stupid) lame excuses to not take action against those responsible for insulting Islam and the country.
(On the Malaysian flag, known as the Jalur Gemilang, the yellow crescent moon stands for Islam, which is the official religion of the country.)
Islam and the 14 states have disappeared from Malaysia?
Treat all such “offences” the same, irrespective of race and religion.. The law must be fair to all Malaysians.
No News Is Bad News reproduces below a news report on the MB spewing garbage excuses for not taking action on the culprits for the insult to the country’s official religion and Malaysia:
Jalur Gemilang without moon and star an isolated incident, says Terengganu MB
Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar says the state government will investigate the incident and ensure that it does not happen again.

PETALING JAYA: Terengganu menteri besar Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar says the recent flying of a Jalur Gemilang without the moon and star in Kuala Terengganu was an unintentional and isolated incident.
Samsuri said the incident, news of which went viral on social media last Friday, would be investigated.
“We will ensure that this does not happen again, no matter who was responsible for putting it up,” he was quoted as saying by Berita Harian today.
Kuala Terengganu mayor Lizan Che Mat said the flag had in fact been complete, but the stitching holding the moon and star had come undone in strong winds on Friday.
“Following the incident, we acted immediately to remove the flag on Friday and replace it with a new one.
“The Kuala Terengganu City Council takes the incident seriously and will ensure that flags are flown according to specifications,” he said, adding that the city would no longer stitch its own flags but instead purchase complete ones.
Meanwhile, Jelutong MP RSN Rayer questioned the “deafening silence” from Umno Youth, despite heavy public criticism of the incident.
“Perhaps Umno Youth has been blind and mute about this incident because it didn’t happen in Penang,” he said in a Facebook post, an apparent reference to the controversy last year over a viral video of a hardware store owner in Penang hoisting the flag upside down.

FLASHBACK: A senator has asked why Umno Youth chief Dr Akmal Saleh has yet to be investigated for sedition after posting a picture of himself holding a sword on Facebook. Akmal had posted the picture, taken during a recent trip to Japan, on March 14. The picture was captioned: “No matter what, we will not waver from our stance. Better to die standing than live kneeling.”
FLASHBACK: Lawyer and social activist Siti Kasim said: "I recently saw a TikTok video where he (Akmal) was seen calling the Malays to be ready. He was seen sharpening a parang ... this is something the police must act on.
"It is like he is instigating the Malays to create problems. Islam never teaches us all this," said Siti.

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 10, 2026: Where is the racial and religious bigoted Umno youth chief Dr Akmal (“Dr Ham/I Am Malay First” Saleh?
Where are the police investigators?
Flying the Jalur Gemilang (National Flag) without its Crescent and 14-pointed Star is alright?
It is not insulting?
View the above video clip.
The unpatriotic insult to Malaysia is believed to have occurred in Pantai Batu Buruk, Terengganu.
Why no Dr Ham around to call for police action? Why are the police missing from action?
Damn discriminatory law enforcement for Malaysians and Malaysia!
