KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 13, 2026: No News Is Bad News reproduces below an article penned by Dr Kamsiah Haider.
It is an extremely accurate view of what is happening to multi-racial Malaysia ... facing political reality.
May we add to her views that the racial and religious bigoted Umno pencuri-pencuri (thieves) have also started to undermine your Constitutional Rights and the Federal Constitution by appointing/going to appoint unelected representatives in state assemblies that they hold two-thirds majority (Johor, Negri Sembilan and Malacca).
Isn’t this eroding the rakyat (people)’s power?
In the next general election (GE16), give Barisan Nasional (BN)-Umno and the Taliban-like PAS-led Perikatan Nasional two-thirds majority in the 222-seat Parliament and then say good-bye to multi-racial Malaysia and then adapt to Taliban-like/Islamic State governance.
FLASHBACK: Lawyer and social activist Siti Kasim said: "I recently saw a TikTok video where he (Akmal) was seen calling the Malays to be ready. He was seen sharpening a parang ... this is something the police must act on.
"It is like he is instigating the Malays to create problems. Islam never teaches us all this," said Siti.
FLASHBACK: A senator has asked why Umno Youth chief Dr Akmal Saleh has yet to be investigated for sedition after posting a picture of himself holding a sword on Facebook. Akmal had posted the picture, taken during a recent trip to Japan, on March 14. The picture was captioned: “No matter what, we will not waver from our stance. Better to die standing than live kneeling.”
And, when socio-economic development and progress halts with local and foreign investors fleeing in droves, suffer the economic misery that comes with the political folly you deserve.
So, think very, very carefully about your future when you go to the next polls (be it state or federal) because you deserve the governments you elect.
Only the rakyat, via your election ballots, can save multi-racial Malaysia by uniting and coming oiut in full force to vote against the racial and religious bigoted politicians and their parties, namely BN-Umno and PN-PAS.
Vote at your peril.

I've been thinking about this, and honestly, my brain hurts. 🤔
So let me get this straight: Some people are ready to say "screw minority rights" and hand the country back to the same kleptocrats who treated our national treasury like their personal piggy bank—all because Anwar hasn’t waved a magic wand and delivered 100% of his manifesto in 3.5 years?
Come on. Let’s all take a deep breath, step away from the ledge, and look at the scoreboard.
WHAT 64 YEARS OF VULTURE RULE LEFT US (A.K.A. THE "BEFORE" PICTURE):
The previous regimes—BN, MCA, MIC, GERAKAN, and the Sabah/Sarawak teams that hitched their wagons to Umno—built a legacy of plunder that would make a pirate blush:
· RM1.5 TRILLION in national debt. That's a 1 with a lot of zeros. Too many zeros.
· Over 100 major scandals—1MDB, Tabung Haji, PKFZ, LCS, Felda... it's like a greatest hits album of corruption.
· RM42 BILLION vanished from 1MDB alone. And guess who's been footing the bill? You and me, baby. Taxpayers have already paid RM42.5 BILLION to service these debts, with another RM20.1 BILLION still looming. 🤑💸
· Institutionalised corruption with zero accountability: The AG was also the PM (talk about a conflict of interest), MACC was basically a sleeping kitten, and whistleblowers were silenced faster than you can say "investigation."
WHAT 3.5 YEARS OF MADANI GOVERNMENT HAS DELIVERED (A.K.A. THE "AFTER" PICTURE):
· 5.8% GDP growth in Q2 2026, with unemployment at 2.9% —the lowest in a decade. People are actually working!
· RM31.3 billion (74.5%) of 1MDB assets recovered. We're getting the loot back!
· RM15.5 billion in other stolen assets recovered.
· Nearly RM40 billion ANNUALLY in fuel subsidies—so RON95 is still at RM1.99 per litre. Your car thanks you.
· RM15 billion yearly in cash assistance to 9 million recipients. That's a lot of people getting a little help.
· The Parliamentary Services Act passed—restoring Parliament's independence after 33 years. Democracy, anyone?
· Separation of AG and Public Prosecutor—currently being pursued. (Finally!)
· MOST IMPORTANTLY: NO 1MDB-STYLE HEISTS under this government. Zero. Zilch. Nada.
THE REAL DANGER OF TURNING BACK (A.K.A. THE "DO NOT PUSH THIS BUTTON" WARNING):
The vultures are circling, sharpening their beaks, and waiting. If they get back in power, the damage could be irreparable. After 64 years, the country was nearly broken. Handing power back now might mean no chance for minorities to ever change the government again. Ever. Think about that.
ASK YOURSELF (THE "WHO'S THE REAL WINNER HERE?" QUIZ):
· Who benefits when we tear down this government?
· Who benefits when minorities turn against reform?
· Who benefits when the vultures return?
If you answered "the thieves who stole our future," give yourself a gold star. 🌟
THE BOTTOM LINE (A.K.A. THE "MATH DOESN'T LIE" PART):
Anwar scored 60% in an exam. The previous vultures scored 20% and 40%. Yet some people want to punish the 60% student while forgiving the 20% and 40% students for 64 years of theft.
That's like saying, "I know the last guy burned down my house, but this new guy only fixed 60% of it, so I'm going to let the arsonist move back in." 🤡🤡🤡
What a mockery of thinking—to sell away your future so easily because Anwar isn't perfect.
This isn't about Anwar being perfect. This is about preventing the vultures from returning to destroy what's left of our country.
