Top Umno lapdog Wee continues to ‘bark’, backed by The Star
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 8, 2023: The shameless top Umno lapdog (chow cow), MCA president Wee Ka Siong, was quick to come up with praises for Barisan Nasional (BN)’s victory in yesterday’s Pelangai by-election.
Wee congratulated Amizar Abu Adam, portraying as if MCA’s machinery contributed to BN’s victory. Does the majority of ethic Malaysian Chinese believe that?
Wasn’t MCA soundly rejected in the past three general elections, so much so that today it is now begging, like dogs, to join Anwar Ibrahim’s Unity Government Cabinet?
This also comes after Wee betrayed Anwar after the 15th General Election (GE15) by supporting the so called 15 BN MPs, led by forner Umno vice-president Hishamuddin Hussein, to support Perikatan Nasional (PN) led by the racist Muhyiddin “I Am Malay First” Yassin.
However, the BN MP traitors chickened out till today and have yet to quit BN to join PN.
No prizes for guessing right … which media deemed it as “worthy news” to publish Wee’s “bodek (suck) Umno statement”?
Of course it was the shameless No.1 national English daily, the MCA-owned The Star.
No wonder The Star today is a pale shadow of what it was a decade ago, though it remains as the No.1 English newspaper for want of any strong and viable competitor.
Its print circulation has dwindled so much that it had to downsize its production operations nationwide, significantly in Penang where it once maintained a full production print operation.
It has now reduced its once stornghold office in Penang to just a bureau with a skeletal staff of reporters.
With its continuous editorial policy of running The Star as a MCA mouthpiece, it could well work itself out of the print media industry in no time by publishing unworthy bias garbage “news”.
No News Is Bad News reproduces below The Star’s unworthy news that only serves the interest of MCA political agenda:
