“Proudly” tak tahu malu (knows no shame) Malaysia!!!
Disgraceful ‘waterfall’ KLIA and its forever breaking down aero-train … and FAM
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 27, 2025: Where is responsibility and accountability when it comes to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) management?
KLIA spent some RM400 million on constant repairs on its aerotrain but yest it keeps breaking down!
And, when KLIA’s leaky roofs turn the airport into a waterfall, the management blame it on contractors.
And, what about Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook, who is also DAP secretary-general?
Why no action on the incompetents? Where are you hiding?
Or, is it because DAP is in the Government, accountability and responsibility are thus no more in your and party’s dictionary?
What a disgrace to the country and the so-called Madani Unity Government (UG)!
Continue and carry on shaming the rakyat dan negara (people and country), like the current inaction against the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM)’s cheating officials.
Go on with the shame and disgrace, as the UG thinks all will be forgotten in time.

That’s always the problem with Malaysian companies and their leaders.
When something goes wrong, fingers start to point.
Granted, the cause was due to the contractors fault, with reasons or excuses as cited in this report.
But what about supervision ? KLIA’s staff are not responsible for proper supervision to ensure that everything is in order ?
How about having the guts to admit it and set some staff’s head rolling ? Don’t just pass the buck. Worse still is to think that there is nothing wrong with you.
“ We paid the contractor. They did a lousy job and should be penalised. Why should we supervise the work that they are paid to do ?, “ and with that the management of KLIA live happily ever after.
The issue is about accountability not finger pointing.

KLI ‘Malu (Shameless)’ Airport
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 14, 2025: The Malaysian Government really tak tahu malu (knows no shame) to the world.
It’s continued inaction and support for the cheating Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), which was found guilty of cheating by fielding foreign footballers, is now shamed by the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
After spending nearly RM400 million in repairs, the Aerotrain continues to break down, sending tourists lugging their bags on “extended” long walks for “unwelcome exercises”.
The Transport Ministry (read as the Government) continues not take any action against the incompetent contractor/s, for reasons only known to the Government and KLIA.
Yesterday, the KLIA was turned into a waterfall by leaking roofs.
Again, where is the maintenance and quality?

KLIA on ‘high alert’ after storm causes water leakage from roof
The airport says its teams are standing by and 'prioritising passenger safety, containment efforts, and the protection of electrical systems'.
Screenshots of videos shared online showing water pouring from the roof at KLIA near the luggage check-in area.
PETALING JAYA: Storm-related water leakage affected parts of KLIA this afternoon, says the airport, which has deployed teams on-site to manage the situation.
KLIA said its engineering, operations and safety teams were on “high alert” and “prioritising passenger safety, containment efforts, and the protection of electrical systems”.
It said it was also in close contact with its airline partners to minimise operational impact.
“Enhanced monitoring is in place as thunderstorms and extreme weather are expected to continue until around 6pm,” KLIA said in a statement, adding that updates would be issued when necessary.
Earlier, a video posted on X showed water pouring from the roof and spreading across the floor near the luggage check-in area, with passengers avoiding the section.
The leak is the latest in a series of operational issues at KLIA, including aerotrain breakdowns and power outages.
