[KiniNews] Contrary to the growing sentiment that her father’s iconic “reformasi” battle cry has devolved into “reformati” - a movement now lifeless - Nurul Izzah Anwar asserted that the reform agenda is still alive, though it demands patience and perseverance to fully realise. Hailed as “Puteri Reformasi” during the height of the movement, the PKR vice-president underscored that meaningful change has no shortcuts. Nurul Izzah also acknowledged that the struggle to implement the promised reforms has drawn criticism and ridicule from some quarters. Meanwhile, in a separate story, Umno supreme council member Puad Zarkashi has responded to PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang's remarks and shared his views to Muslim voters in Ayer Kuning ahead of this Saturday’s by-election. Puad said that Muslim voters should not feel compelled to delay their haj pilgrimage to cast their vote PAS and argued that it would be more reasonable to postpone the Islamist party's victory in the state seat instead.
KUALA LUMPUR, April 24, 2025: Malaysia’s 10th Prime Minister (PMX) Anwar Ibrahim’s daughter Nurul Izzah says PKR’s Reformasi (Reformation) is not dead.
“It is just beginning,” she told Ayer Kuning (Perak) voters in a by-election rally.
Really? Then explain why the Sabah and Penang Governors (TYTs) are from Umno?
There is no one in Pakatan Harapan (PH) qualified to be appointed? Isn't there any non-politician in Malaysia who is qualified to be appointed?
Is PKR and PH in charge of governance or is it the racial and religious bigoted Dr Akmal Saleh Umno (with only 26 seats in the 222-seat Parliament)?
Umno and Barisan Nasional (BN) were soundly rejected by Malaysians in the last general election but Anwar and PH fear Umno?
No News Is Bad News reiterates: It is time for registerted voters in Ayer Kuning to send a clear message to both Umno and the Taliban-like PAS that there is no room for bigots in multiracial Malaysia.
Multiracial Malaysians who treasure national unity and harmony, and have had enough of the more than six decades of racial and religious insults thrown at them by Umno and PAS, wake up and dump the two parties.
There is a third choice in Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) in the by-election.
