KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 15, 2023: The above image was found posted on Facebook this week.
Just what is the motorcyclist doing or not doing to his female pillion rider in the midst of a traffic jam?
This really raises a perception of immorality and improper public behaviour.
Can the police work on tracing the rider ,investigate and bring him to face justice if justifiable?
