Time for Malaysians to give PAS, Bersatu the boot in 2027
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 30, 2023: There are now strong rumours and talks that both Bersatu and PAS want to join Anwar Ibrahim’s Unity Government (UG).
Whether they are true or false, allowing the racial and religious bigots to join UG is absolutely unacceptable to law-abiding and sane Malaysians who cherish national unity and harmony in multi-racial Malaysia.
As it is, the UG is absolutely stable with the 19-component parties that include the Sarawak-Sabah bloc.
The only reason and rationale for the rumours and talks, and if true, both the Taliban-like PAS and Bersatu (helmed by the racist) Muhyiddin “I Am Malay First” Yassin have realised that they are losing political support.
Many Malaysians have woken from their slumber and are fed up with the racial and religious rhetoric that threatens national unity and harmony, thus affecting investor confidence (both domestic and foreign).
This, in turn, affects national economy and socio-economic growth and momentum - thus bread and butter issues, and employment.
Supporting the racial and religious bigots’ rhetoric does not bring any good for Malaysians and Malaysia, as all should be fovusing on working to help heal the RM1.5 trillion national debt economy.
Also, why should PAS and Bersatu be allowed to join the UG and create political and socio-economic havoc?
Instead, Malaysians should be prepared top dump both PAS and Bersatu inj the next general election which must be held inm 2027.
Malaysians and political party leaders should also consider forming a viable third force to rid the bigots and to provide serious check-and balance in Parliament and state assemblies.
Malaysians sorely need objective and constructive politcians to keepthe UG in check.
To win the confidence of Malaysians, parties like Malaysian United Democratic Alliance (MUDA), Parti Rakyat Malaysia (PRM) and others cannot afford to waste precious time to build their force.
They have four years to make the difference and, perhaps change the political landscape.
However, Malaysians will also be wary of the mosquito parties helmed by has-been politicians who have been rejected due to their “political baggage”.
Malaysians and politicians, just like the media (not only the mainstream media) must “professionally disciplined”.
This is one of the many reasons why Malaysians need a real "check and balance" force in Parliament and state assemblies:

KUALA LUMPUR (Politics Now!) - Embattled Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has bolstered speculation about a possible cabinet reshuffle.
"(I'll) Think (about it) first," the NST reported Anwar as saying.
Speculation of a revamp has been simmering following the tragic death of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister Salahuddin Ayub on July 23.
Insiders had expected Anwar to also replace several underperforming ministers - especially Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil, Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek and Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution.
The trio are from Anwar's own PKR party and have been heavily criticized for causing a massive loss of faith in the government by backpedaling on reforms and resorting to oppressive methods to quell and cover up public dissatisfaction with Anwar and his policies.
