Farewell, R.I.P Datuk Indera Chua Jui Meng
KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 7, 2023: No News Is Bad News pays tribute to the late Datuk Indera Chua Jui Meng with a compilation of pictures, videos and public comments/responses.
Our heartfelt condolences to Chua’s wife, Datin Honey Chua, and all her loved ones for their bereavement.
Chua’s funeral service was held at 10am today (after a two-day wake) in the Full Gospel Assembly in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, and thereafter the cortege left for burial at Nirvana Shah Alam.

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim paid tribute to former health minister Chua Jui Meng saying he was an efficient minister and made many contributions in the field of health to the country. At the wake and funeral service, Anwar also hailed Chua as a vital reformist during his time at PKR Johor. Chua passed away on 3rd December at the age of 80 after reportedly being hospitalized following a heart attack.

Of all Malaysian politicians of any political party that I have heard their public speeches in English, I consider Datuk Chua Jui Meng to have the best mastery of the English language both in diction and pronunciation. His Bahasa Malaysia was excellent too.

Dr.Chua Jui Ming contributed a lot to the MO.Health during his tenure as a health minister.Further to this he is one of the gentleman politician, which rarely found in our national politics.I would like to add another gentleman politician together with Dr.Chua is none other then Tan Sri Ghani Othman, the former UM lecturer.Salute this two guys.

Indeed, Not only that, your dad took discipline in remembering people's names and faces. When l first met him, he registered my name in his hp , then took a photo of me to match with my name in his contact. He did the same for my husband too. Truly your dad is a legendary person.
