Guan Eng gives PAS MP Siti Mastura 48 hours to prove DAP leaders are linked to communists, Chin Peng or face legal suit
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 7, 2023: Lies, racial and religious bigotry will not PAS any further politically in Malaysia.
Worst still, making stupid claims and accusations, and sowing hatred through racial and religious bigotry, will surely get one into trouble with the law.
One such politician is PAS’ Kepala Batas MP Siti Mastura who made willd and false claims that DAP leaders, Lim Guan Eng, his father Lim Kit Siang, Anthony Loke, Nga Kor Ming, Teresa Kok and Ngeh Khoo Ham were related to Chin Peng, the late Communist Party of Malaya chief as well as to Singapore's late premier Lee Kuan Yew.
And rightly so, Guan Eng has given her 48 hours to show proof or face legal action. We hope Guan Eng will keep his word on this and not try to treat it lightly like other issues.
Taking Siti to court would be a lesson to all politicians to refrain from such ridiculous racial mischief, aimed only at tarnishing the image and reputation of political rivals.
No News Is Bad News reproduces below a report by suspected CIA-backed political website, Malaysia Chronicle, on the issue:
WITH SUCH LOW INTELLECT, CAN PAS EVER BE MORE THAN A 'GOVT-IN-WAITING' - PAS MP SAYS TOP LEADERS OF DAP ARE RELATED TO CHIN PENG & KUAN YEW - AND ALSO TO EACH OTHER!

KUALA LUMPUR (Politics Now!) - Pas, the most powerful political party in Malaysia, is asking for trouble. Given the nod by Malays to be a 'government-in-waiting', it looks like it's never going to happen - not if it does not school its Members of Parliament in basic IQ.
According to the Pas MP for Kepala Batas Siti Mastura, the top leaders of ally-turned-foe party, the DAP, including Lim Guan Eng, his father Lim Kit Siang, Anthony Loke, Nga Kor Ming, Teresa Kok and Ngeh Khoo Ham were related to Chin Peng, the Communist Party of Malaya chief as well as to Singapore's late premier Lee Kuan Yew.
Not content with the outlandish allegations, the Pas rep also claimed Guan Eng has blood ties with Anthony, Kor Ming, Teresa and Khoo Ham.
“This is not just a personal attack but has racial undertones as well. It is a spiteful allegation against my father and me,” Bernama reported Guan Eng as telling a press conference in Parliament today.
STUPID & UNSCIENTIFIC?

Guan Eng has given her 48 hours to show proof or face legal action.
“If you look at her tone, it seems like an attempt to undermine us as leaders personally and to mix in racial elements," Guan Eng added.
“This should not happen in a country where we are not only a diverse society, but where we have to fight for everyone regardless of race and background.”
Siti Mastura's outlandish comments were seized upon and ridiculed by many Malaysians as being "stupid" and "unscientific"
"She is making a fool of herself and her party. Whether she realizes it, she's also making the Malays look stupid for voting for her. "
"It's like she doesn't she know basic science - the law of probability and biology as well. How can Chin Peng or Guan Eng have so many blood relatives? What is she suggesting."
DISHONEST POLITICS
Whatever her motives, it looks like Siti Mastura was being dishonest in her politics. She should have known this cannot be true as this is not the first time that such allegations have circulated.
In 2017, Kit Siang had to issue a denial after a chart purportedly illustrating his alleged familial ties to Chin Peng and Kuan Yew made the rounds.
ANY OLD HOW, EVEN VIA LIES
It is also not the first time for Pas politicians to hurl racial and religion-tainted insults at the non-Malay minorities. Their main aim is to impress their mostly-Malay electorate that they were doing their jobs by punching the daylights out of their non-Malay rivals - anyhow even via lies.
"This is how Pas gets its extremist image. Its politicians simply shoot their mouths, stir hate, create division - it's part of their game rather than manage well or govern well or look for ways to develop their constituencies and take the country forward," a political analyst told Politics Now!
"Just imagine if they really become the government of the day - how fast investors will sell down Malaysia!"
