KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 17, 2023: Kepala Batas MP Dr Siti Mastura Muhammad has certainly put Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in a spot.

Being a doctorate from USM, she has dragged the image and integrity of the university’s image and quality down the drain with her gross stupidity, ignorance and lies.

The international education industry will surely be amazed with how USM could confer a PhD (doctorate) on such a moron.
