Enjoy your stay in Kajang Prison that you deserve - Facebook image
Of course sane Malaysians celebrate/welcome Malaysia’s No. 1 thief/pencuri’s continuous stay in Kajang Prison
KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 22, 2025: Today, multi-racial Malaysians celebrate the court order denying the corrupt, disgraceful and shameless Najib “1MDB” Razak “freedom”.
And the corrupt racial and religious Umno is angry with those who celebrate the former Umno president’s stay in Kajang Prison.
Umno said the celebrants are insensitive and whatever.
What’s so sensitive about justice being upheld?
Najib stole millions, if not billions, of Ringgit and Malaysians have to settle the 1Malaysia Development (1MDB) for decades to service interest and loans.
Najib deserves to be jailed for doing a disservice to rakyat negara (people and country).
And why is Umno (also read as the Government) glorifying and supporting the nation’s No.1 thief/pencuri?
Umno is not demi rakyat dan negara (for people and country) but for corruption and thieving!
And that is why, after 68 years since Merdeka (Independence) 1957, Umno isleft with only 26 seats in the 222-seat Parliament.
Voters just have had enough of Umno’s corruption and thieving ways and rejected it in the last general election (GE15).
In the next GE16 due in 2027, give the corrupt, racial and religious bigoted Umno a bigger boot, GROUND Zero the best, if possible.
This was what Prof Dr James Chin posted on Facebook:

UMNO is a fading brand and dying party, so it resorts to grandstanding. ![]()

Don't worry; UMNO lacks the courage to exit the government. They're irrelevant without it; they couldn't survive outside, where there's no easy access to funds and business opportunities.
All this bravado is just empty rhetoric. If UMNO truly had the guts, it would have organized massive street protests in support of Najib years ago.
The truth is, Yeo's perspective reflects the majority opinion: most Malaysians view Najib as guilty and believe he deserves to be imprisoned.
This isn't a racial matter but a criminal one. The very fact that UMNO is attempting to frame it as racial reveals their inability to defend Najib's culpability.
So, UMNO, if you have the nerve, go ahead and leave the government now. But you will not. In fact, there is nothing that will make you leave government, except when you join another coalition to set up a new government. Most of what we see wrong in Malaysia today, especially state racism, is due to Umno and Mahathir. #speakTruth #UMNO #Malay #NajibRazak
And what is more shocking is that there are PKR leaders who tick off those who welcomed the High Court judgment to deny Najib “freedom” (also read as house arrest/backdoor freedom).
PKR stands for Justice Party and it had been fighting for justice but now?
They say be mindful and sensitive?
What’s so unmindful and insensitive of justice being upheld for a common thief/pencuri like Najib?
The corrupt thief/pencuri Najib derseves no respect whatso ever, like all other convicted criminals in prison nationwide!

PKR Youth leader criticises Akmal for ‘selective respect’ of court rulings
Johor PKR Youth chief Faezuddin Puad says the Umno Youth leader should not only welcome judgments favourable to him.
Following the High Court decision on Najib Razak’s addendum review, Johor PKR Youth chief Faezuddin Puad (left) said Umno Youth chief Dr Akmal Saleh must be consistent in reacting to court rulings.
PETALING JAYA: Johor PKR Youth chief Faezuddin Puad has told Umno Youth chief Dr Akmal Saleh to remain consistent in his respect for the judiciary, warning against selectively invoking public opinion over what he termed as unfavourable court decisions.
Faezuddin said Akmal should not profess respect for court rulings when he agreed with them but call on the public to “evaluate” court rulings when they were unfavourable.
“We should not behave this way. We must be consistent,” he said.
In a Facebook post earlier today, Akmal pointed out that the Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s decree was the main justification behind the formation of the unity government in 2022.
He noted, however, that the ruler’s decree was “said to be invalid” when the High Court announced its decision to dismiss a bid by former prime minister Najib Razak to serve the remainder of his jail term under house arrest today.
“The people are capable of judging (for themselves),” he said.
This morning, Justice Alice Loke dismissed Najib’s application to serve his reduced six-year jail term for his SRC International Sdn Bhd conviction under house arrest under an addendum order issued by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
Loke said the addendum was not deliberated or decided at the 61st Federal Territories Pardons Board meeting, and that its issuance was not in compliance with Article 42 of the Federal Constitution.
She said the Yang di-Pertuan Agong was a constitutional monarch, and that his powers and functions were exercised in accordance with the provisions of the constitution.
The exercise “of the prerogative power of mercy” was “no exception”, Loke said.
“Consequently, it is not a valid order. The respondents have no power and no duty to obey or enforce it.
“Conversely, the applicant has no right to the relief of mandamus,” she said.
Najib, 72, was convicted of misappropriating RM42 million in SRC International funds and has been serving his sentence at Kajang prison since Aug 23, 2022.
In 2024, the pardons board halved his jail term from 12 years to six and reduced his fine from RM210 million to RM50 million.
Najib filed for a judicial review last year seeking to compel the government to execute the addendum, or supplementary decree, to place him under house arrest.
Be mindful of your allies’ feelings, PKR man tells component parties
Faezuddin Puad says it is inappropriate to celebrate the High Court ruling on Najib Razak's house arrest bid.
DAP’s Yeo Bee Yin and PKR’s Wong Chen had welcomed the High Court’s decision on former prime minister Najib Razak’s house arrest bid in two separate social media posts.
PETALING JAYA: A PKR leader has reminded his allies against celebrating the High Court’s decision to dismiss a bid by Najib Razak to serve his sentence under house arrest, saying it was inappropriate.
“We may have differing views and want the court’s decision to be respected, but at the same time there is a need to be mindful of the feelings of our friends in the unity government,” Faezuddin Puad said in a Facebook post.
The Johor PKR Youth chief’s comments follow Umno secretary-general Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki’s reprimand of a DAP leader.
Yeo Bee Yin had earlier today commented on the court’s decision this morning, posting on Facebook: “Another reason to celebrate this year end.” PKR’s Wong Chen, who is the Subang MP posted “Justice lives” in another Facebook post.
Asyraf said the comments by Yeo, who is the DAP publicity secretary, were “very rude and inhumane”.
He went on to say that maybe it was time for Umno to review its cooperation with those who did not appreciate the party’s contributions.
Barisan Nasional secretary-general Zambry Abdul Kadir also slammed Yeo for her comments, saying there was no need for the Puchong MP to celebrate the suffering of others.
“Life is a cycle. Remember, your leaders are not infallible either,” he wrote in a Facebook post.
The Kuala Lumpur High Court today dismissed former prime minister Najib’s bid to serve his reduced six-year jail term for his SRC International Sdn Bhd conviction under house arrest, stating that it cannot be implemented as there are no legal mechanisms for it.
Najib, 72, was convicted of misappropriating RM42 million in SRC International funds and has been serving his sentence at Kajang prison since Aug 23, 2022.
In 2024, the Federal Territories Pardons Board halved his prison term from 12 years to six and reduced his fine from RM210 million to RM50 million.
A judicial review was filed last year seeking to compel the government to execute a royal addendum, or supplementary decree, to place him under house arrest.
