Hudud does not affect non-Muslims in Malaysia? And, why Cina Babi (Chinese Pigs) don’t need to flee to Tongsan (China)…

Hudud does not affect non-Muslims in Malaysia? And, why Cina Babi (Chinese Pigs) don’t need to flee to Tongsan (China)…

No News Is Bad News wishes to share two messages being circulated via WhatsApp.

One is supposedly written by a Muslim identified as “Mujahidin Zulkifli” and another on 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) Prime Minister Najib Razak’s fire sale of Malaysia in China.

Hudud will not affect non-Muslims? That's a blatant lie! May the lights of Diwali shine on the darkness of ignorance.

JAKIM's latest statement about how they have the power to act against Ninja Joe's P.Ramly burgers is proof that claims that hudud will not affect non-Muslims are blatant lies uttered by liars to force in the law.

It's true, JAKIM has the power to act. And it's good that Ninja Joe did this arguably provoking act, so that now you know. You are definitely affected.

And in the photo, is a snapshot of your rights as a witness in existing Syariah Law. You have rights but never will you equal a Muslim. Is that fair?

How bad is it? When hudud is in place, I can do these horrible things to you:

1) I can lock up unlimited number of non-Muslim women in a secure room where no Muslims are present, and rape everyone, all witnessing each other and I'll get away with it under hudud. Because you need 4 Muslim-male witnesses to convict me. Or 8 Muslim-females. Non-Muslims can't convict me because you can't be a syahadah witness (you can't be sworn in in the name of Allah). And if you use a Muslim to accuse of such, I can use the law of Qazaf against the accuser and he will get 80 lashes for not being able to produce minimum 4 Muslim-male witnesses.

2) I can injure or even kill as many non-Muslims as I like as long as it's not in front of 4-8 Muslim witnesses (as above, similar witness rules)

3) I can steal from non-Muslims house as long as there are no 2 Muslim-males or 4 Muslim-females to witness my act. (Now why would I risk stealing from a Muslim's house and risk losing my limbs? Open season on non-Muslims lah, they can't hudud me. Just civil court sentence only)

Read the enactment below. They already discriminated your rights and qualifications as a witness since freaking 1994! This will be the same for hudud because they can never make a non-Muslim an equal. And it's just simple logic, you don't believe in Allah so you can't swear in the name of Allah. But Syariah Law will always favor those who swear in the name of Allah.

There will be some who will say where hudud may not be applied, there's takzir (a lighter sentences of hudud), but the question is, if you don't qualify equally as a witness, how do you win your cases for takzir to take place?

Some will say it's ok because Nons will still have civil laws to protect them. True but civil laws have failed to protect Nons in some child custody battles of late. That is just the beginning. Muslims may use Syariah laws against non-Muslims like in those custodian cases. Anwar Ibrahim tried to use Syariah Law Qazaf to battle his sodomy case but he failed. Just to show that there's possibility of success in future attempts by others.

Share this so more non-Muslims will know. And so more Muslims will realize how blatant and cruel we are in pursuit of heaven.

There you go … eat your heart out Obama!

Well! US President Barack Obama is clearly no more the most powerful man in the world. And America is also not the greatest country in the world either.

Obama needs to play another round or two of golf with 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) Prime Minister Najib Razak?

For some reason, probably a screwed up by an incompetent Defence Ministry (Mindef) official, Defence Minister Hishammuddin Hussein’s speech was prematurely released (posted) on Facebook.

Like what No News Is Bad News has been posting, the US is surely losing many Asian allies, save for Singapore, in the 21st Century “Cold War” - US vs China-Russia in the strive for geo-political, economic and military dominance in the South China Sea (SCS).

Now, has anyone, especially Malaysians of the racial and religious bigots kind, any doubt that Najib’s Umno-led Barisan Nasional (BN) federal government is depending on China for survival?

China, the native or ancestral land of what the bigots like to call Malaysian-born Chinese, Cina Babi Balik Tongsan (Chinese Pigs, Go Back To China)!

Read this, even before Hishammuddin is able to deliver it in China! Hahahahehehe …

"Malaysia to buy navy vessels from China

The purchase of the patrol vessels, would be Malaysia's first significant defense deal with China.

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia will sign a contract to purchase Littoral Mission Ships from China when Prime Minister Najib Razak visits Beijing next week, according to a Facebook posting by the country’s Ministry of Defence.

The text of a speech to be delivered by Malaysian defense minister Hishammuddin Hussein was posted on Facebook on Tuesday, but was later removed after Reuters asked a defense ministry spokesman for comment.

The purchase of the patrol vessels, if it proceeds, would be Malaysia’s first significant defense deal with China and comes amid rising tensions in the South China Sea and as the United States and China compete for influence in the region.

Malaysia’s ties with the United States became strained after the Department of Justice filed lawsuits linked to a money-laundering investigation at state fund 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB), which Najib founded and had overseen as chairman of its advisory council.

Najib is traveling to China on Sunday for a week-long visit.

“On November 5, 2016, the Defence Ministry will sign a contract for the procurement of Littoral Mission Ships (LMS) with SASTIND (the State Administration for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense), which is an important part of the schedule during the Prime Minister’s official visit to China,” the Facebook post quotes Hishammuddin saying.

However, a video recording of the speech at the Malaysian defense ministry by Hishammuddin does not mention this contract.

A defense ministry spokesman declined to comment and the prime minister’s office did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Littoral Mission Ships are fast patrol vessels that can be equipped with a helicopter flight deck and carry missiles. They are primarily used for coastal security, maritime patrol and surveillance, but can also be deployed for disaster relief and search and rescue operations.

China claims most of the South China Sea as its territory. But Brunei, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Vietnam also have rival claims to parts of the waterway, which commands strategic sea lanes which carry some $5 trillion worth of trade a year.

Peak in ties

Ties between Malaysia and China reached a new peak in December when China came to Najib’s rescue with a $2.3 billion deal to buy assets of scandal-hit state fund 1MDB, helping ease Najib’s concern over the firm’s mounting debt.

Najib is traveling with dozens of government leaders and business people to China. In a statement on Wednesday, he said Malaysia was committed to strengthening friendship with China and pushing ties to “new highs”.

The push to strengthen China ties come after July lawsuits filed by the U.S. Justice Department implicating Najib in a money-laundering scandal.

The lawsuits allege over $3.5 billion was misappropriated from 1MDB, some of which ended up with a ‘Malaysian Official 1,’ identified later by U.S. and Malaysian authorities as Najib.

Najib has denied any wrongdoing and said Malaysia will cooperate in the international investigations.

Malaysia could buy up to 10 of the littoral mission ships at a cost of approximately 300 million ringgit ($71.43 million) each, said Lam Choong Wah, senior fellow at REFSA, a Malaysia research institute. He is also the author of a book on Malaysian military capability.

“The truth is we could have bought these from a number of countries. But China is the only country that has provided political support for Malaysia during the 1MDB scandal. This is payback for that political support.”

Najib’s visit follows that of the Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte, who announced the country’s “separation” from the United States and signed a raft of memoranda of understanding for Chinese investment in the country.

Last week, Malaysia announced a 2 billion ringgit ($476.19 million) cut to its 2017 defense budget from last year’s levels.

A project to develop an amphibious corps was among those jettisoned, said Euan Graham, director of the international security program at the Lowy Institute, a Sydney-based think-tank.

“It was the U.S. marines who were liaising with the Malaysians on that,” Graham said.
“So a U.S.-backed initiative has effectively died now,” Graham said. “At the same time, a new bridge has been opened to China. If you put those together, whether it’s been by Malaysia’s design or not, it does send a combined signal of pulling back from the U.S. and outreach to China.” - Reuters/FMT"
