1MDB PM Najib’s spendthrift Rosmah humiliated by WSJ feature, next the RM24 million ring?

1MDB PM Najib’s spendthrift Rosmah humiliated by WSJ feature, next the RM24 million ring?

This blog posting is a reproduction of a Finance Twitter feature on 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) Prime Minister Najib Razak’s wife, Rosmah Mansor.

The super spendthrift Rosmah was humiliated by a recent Wall Street Journal (WSJ) report on her credit card spending that amounted to US$6 million (RM24 million) between 2008 and 2015.

There is no necessity for No News Is Bad News to add value to a fine round-up of the issues surrounding Najib and Rosmah.

Thanks to Finance Twitter, here is the report, as reproduced by the Malaysian-banned online news portal Malaysia Chronicle, for your reading pleasure:

Watch Out WSJ – Rosmah Launches (Brain-Damaged) Keruak Missile

At best, Hillary Clinton was having only pneumonia (and nothing else), which is highly unlikely. At worst, she is having Parkinson’s or Alzheimer’s or something equivalent, which is consistent with her needs for Provigil, hidden “EarPods”, freezing, dizziness or fainting, rigidity, tremor, slowed movement and whatnot.

Either way, Democrats are not taking any chances and the party was reportedly calling for “high-level secret meetings” to consider a possible replacement for brain-damaged Hillary Clinton. Speculations are on overdrive that Vice President Joe Biden would be the likely choice to run at the top of the Democrat ticket, with Bernie Sanders’ team also lobbying for it.

But U.S. Democratic Party is not the only one running in panic after Hillary’s 911 dramas, revealing the seriousness of her brain-damaged. Malaysia UMNO party is also running like a headless chicken after the Wall Street Journal revealed how self-proclaimed First Lady Rosmah Mansor spent a fortune on luxuries.

Rosmah, the wife of Prime Minister Najib Razak, was allegedly spent at least US$6 million (£4.5 million; RM24.7 million) between 2008 and 2015 on clothing, shoes and jewelry from London’s Harrods department store, Saks Fifth Avenue of New York and elsewhere. Rosmah doesn’t have a regular job but depends on her husband’s annual salary of US$100,000.

Even if Najib Razak, Rosmah Mansor and family members somehow do not spend a penny, and save every single dollar of the salary because they have a habit of saving, as Rosmah wrote in her 2013 autobiography, it would take the family 60 years to accumulate US$6 million so that she can lavishly spend the money on clothing, shoes and jewelry.

Yes, the cash flow in the Razak family didn’t make sense at all, and that’s precisely the WSJ’s plan from the beginning – to hustle the Razak family. First, it was Najib Razak, followed by stepson Riza Aziz, then brother Nazir Razak and now Rosmah Mansor. Soon, it could be Najib’s in-law – notorious Maira Nazarbayev.

Last year, Maira Nazarbayev was reportedly took a dozen of Hermes handbags worth US$401,912.50 from the Financial District business Samilor in 2014 and 2015, but had refused to pay. Instead she threatened the business owner – “You know who my son is! He is son-in-law of the Prime Minister of Malaysia! I will hurt you and your family if you sue me!”

It isn’t a bombshell telling all and sundry that Rosmah Mansor spent US$6 million between 2008 and 2015 on clothing, shoes and jewelry. But coming from a 127-year-old newspaper, the largest in the United States by circulation – 2.4 million copies (including nearly 900,000 digital subscriptions) – speaks volumes about the great humiliation to Rosmah.

Can you imagine when WSJ decides to write another embarrassing article about Rosmah spending RM24 million on a diamond ring, using suspicious money, which is also a piece of old news? The problem with insulting narcissistic like Rosmah is she normally goes bonkers and starts harassing ministers for retaliation. If she controls nuclear weapons, she will launch nuclear missile at the WSJ.

Without such WMD – Weapon of Mass Destruction – Rosmah was reduced to launching Keruak Missile, a reference to Minister of Communications and Multimedia Salleh Said Keruak. Known for his blind loyalty and great polishing job, Mr. Keruak rubbished the WSJ allegations and even challenged the media to stand in Malaysia’s next general election.

Does Salleh Said Keruak has brain-damaged worse than Parkinson-suspect Hillary Clinton? If the US-based publication needs to submit candidates for a country’s general election every time it reports corruption, money laundering or misappropriation of funds, every country on planet Earth would have the WSJ representatives in their government.

Going by Keruak’s logic, Malaysia should submit candidates for Israel, Palestine, Iran and even Saudi Arabia’s general election because its government-controlled media have shown strong interest and inclination in those countries’ political affairs. And Salleh Said Keruak has the cheek to accuse WSJ, the newspaper which has won 39 Pulitzer Prize, as not credible.

Keruak, who was promoted as UMNO’s new treasurer-general 2-month ago, also questioned theanonymous sources and leaked documents the WSJ had gotten and used to publish its explosive corruption and money laundering news. Calling the WSJ desperate, arrogant and obsessive, the minister charged that the American publisher was a willing minion of forces such as Mahathir Mohamad.

Still, after a lengthy of whining, crying and bitching on behalf of Najib and Rosmah, Salleh Said Keruak refuses to press the magic button – “SUE” the Wall Street Journal. If Najib was innocent of money laundering to the tune of US$3.5 billion as alleged by not only the WSJ but also the U.S. Department of Justice, why is he so shy about slapping lawsuits against the so-called arrogant Americans?

Likewise, if Rosmah was innocent of spending beyond her financial capability to the tune of US$6 million on clothing, shoes and jewelry, why don’t Keruak filelawsuits against the WSJ on Rosmah’s behalf? If none of UMNO top brains spoke fluent English, they can always engage American lawyers to argue their case so that their dignity can be restored (*grin*).

Amusingly, Keruak reminds the WSJ that his boss (government) will no longer obey colonial master, despite the fact it was the Britain, not American, who had colonised Malaysia (then Malaya) between 1824 and 1957. So, why did Rosmah’s son Riza Aziz splash a cool US$34 million (£25.5 million; RM139.7 million) for a mansion located in former colonial master London’s exclusive Belgravia neighbourhood?

Brain-damaged Keruak also conveniently accused the WSJ of pushing for the disastrous foreign interventions in Muslim countries such as Iraq. Did he just make a fool of himself by saying former American President Bush, British PM Tony Blair, United Nations Security Council and 29 other nations involved in Iraqi War actually went to war because the WSJ said so?

That is one heck of a powerful Wall Street Journal (*grin*). Perhaps Minister Keruak can explain why his boss Najib was super excited and nearly orgasm for being able to play golf, and later chat with Barack Obama, when it was the same American president who hadn’t stopped U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Department of Justice from launching lawsuits using the same allegations published by the WSJ.

And why did Riza Aziz choose to invest in the U.S., presumably with endorsement from Najib and Rosmah, at least US$1 billion worth of hotels, luxury real estate in Manhattan, Beverly Hills and London, fine art, a private jet and even the 2013 film “The Wolf of Wall Street”, knowing very well the evil America had intervened in Muslim countries’ domestic affairs?

Salleh Said Keruak should accept the fact that the crooked First Family is not only super corrupted but also a bunch of cowards. Despite being played by Obama, Najib and Rosmah had shamelessly flown to Laos – begging and hoping – to convince the American president to drop the US-DOJ lawsuits. At least the Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte dared calling Obama “son of a bitch” – for interfering in his country’s internal affair.
