And here’s one visual, a letter from the the Tengku Ampuan Rahim Hospital (Klang)’s pathologist department, that says it all.

The letter is uploaded by fellow blogger steadyaku-steadyaku-husseinhamid and re-posted by the Malaysian-banned online news portal Malaysia Chronicle.

It informs that the hospital’s pathologist services have been shut down temporarily due to “cash flow” woes.

Even before this, it has been reported that certain ministries have had their leased photostat machines repossessed due to failure to settle payments.
